• 1/3 cup (66g) sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 large eggs
• 3/4 cup (177ml) whole milk
• 1/2 cup (118ml) heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
• 1/3 cup (37g) pecan halves
• 3/4 cup (240g) caramel sauce, purchase or homemade
• whipped cream (optional)
