• 1 1/2 cups of graham crackers, crushed
• 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
• 6 tbsp. of unsalted butter, melted
• 3 8oz blocks of cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh
• 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1 lemon zested
• 1/2 lemon juiced
