Ingredients

- 2 packages (2 1/4 teaspoons each) regular active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 2 cups warm milk (105°F to 115°F)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 to 7 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seed, if desired
