Gloria's Meatloaf recipe - from the Heavenly Recipes - Created in Support of the 2008 American Cance

Ingredients

• 3 pounds lean ground beef or ground sirloin
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles strained
• 1/2 cup Hunt's ketchup
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 cup Quaker 5-minute Oatmeal/uncooked
• 1 pack Saltine crackers crumbled up or Town House/Ritz crackers-your choice
• 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
• 4 slices white bread crumbled
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 roll of Jimmy Dean mild pork sausage or substitute with turkey sausage.
• 2 small cans of tomato paste
• 2 tbsp dry mustard
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
