Peach Apricot Jam

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp butter
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 1/2 lbs ripe peaches
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp "classic" powdered pectin
• 1/2 lb ripe apricots
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
