Ingredients: 3 eggs; 2 X 250 ml (2 X 250 gr) package of mascarpone cheese; 80 ml (80 gr) of icing sugar (a little sweet, since cookies already are sweet); 2 large packages of ladyfingers; 1 package of frozen raspberries (or fresh raspberries); 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of amaretto Rum (optional if you doesn't want any alcohol); Strawberries marmalade (unsweetened); For decoration : raspberries chocolate milk tablets (4 large squares would be enough)
