Ingredients

• 1/8 cup + 1 teaspoon prepared pesto
• 2 tablespoons fresh Dandy® lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 4 slices bacon, chopped
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 8 Dandy® Celery , thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups quartered yellow & red cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• Salt & Pepper, to taste
