Mexican Meatball Soup

Ingredients

• 1 # ground round
• 2 large eggs
• 1 sm jar diced pimiento, drained
• 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt - Dash pepper
• 4 cans beef broth
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 2 med carrots, diced
• 2 med zucchini, diced
• 2 med tomatoes, diced
• 1 med onion, chopped
• 1 med green bell pepper, chopped
• 3 C cabbage, shredded
