Ingredients

• 2 cups (480 ml) chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
• ⅓ cup (40 g) pecans, toasted, chopped
• ⅓ cup (40 g) cranberries, dried
• ½ cup (75 g) celery, finely chopped
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced (or 2 tbsps red onion)
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• ⅓ cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) Greek yogurt or sour cream, plain
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp (5 ml) poppy seeds
