Ingredients: 225 Grams bakers or strong flour; 25 Grams cornflour or cornstarch; 2 Teaspoons baking powder; 1 Teaspoon baking soda; 1 Pinch pink salt flakes; 8 large eggs; 250 Grams raw caster sugar; 30 Grams butter melted; 15 Grams butter; 200 Grams chocolate we used Callebaut Strawberry but you could go with white and some food colouring; 500 Grams Ten Times sugar (icing sugar) or icing sugar; 170 Grams whole milk; 300 Grams desiccated coconut (you cannot use shredded for this look); 600 Grams cream; 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste; 1/2 Batch Raspberry Jam; fresh berries of your choosing; mint leaves for garnish; flowers and more flowers!
