• 100g unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• Few sprigs of Thyme
• 1 lemon, zested and ½ juiced
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• ¼ tsp of black pepper
• ½ tsp of garlic granules
