A nice change from the classic BBQ sauce. Perfect on your favorite grilled chicken. It isn't necessary; but, it is nice to heat this up before using;
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (no Miracle Whip here)
- 2 to 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (freshly grated preferred, or prepared horseradish)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons mustard (stone ground mustard, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
