• ½ tbsp horseradish sauce
• 100 g white cabbages, finely sliced
• 75 g red cabbages, finely sliced
• ½ red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 carrot, thinly sliced
• empty unit salt and black pepper
• 2 seeded bread slices
• 35 g Lurpak® Salted Modified Cultured Butter Spread with Rapeseed Oil
• ½ large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• ½ small punnet of cress
