Syrniki with Berry Sauce - Lifeway Kefir

Ingredients

• 1 lb Lifeway White Cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 5 Tbsp flour (whole wheat, all-purpose – your choice) + more for dusting and hands
• 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• Cooking spray
• 1 cup berries (we used a mix of raspberry and blueberry)
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice + grated zest
• 2 tsp sugar (to taste)
