Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sugar (sometimes I add a little less)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/4 cups flour (I use all purpose or whole wheat, but the wheat doesn’t generally rise as much)
- 1 package yeast
