I love this recipe because it’s so quick and easy, but it seems like something that would be so complicated to make.

Recipe Saint is a recipe index: we list the ingredients so you can search, save and plan. The full method, times and servings are on the publisher's page at www.heathermichellenutritionist.com.

Ingredients

  • 10oz (just over a half a pound) of minced pork (you can also use dark meat chicken)
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 4 cups chicken stock (if using my homemade chicken bone broth, you can use 2-3 cups of stock and the rest water, depending on how rich you want it)
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves, lightly crushed. If using dried, soak in warm water for 5 minutes first.
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
