Smoked Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients

• Her's one for a smoker.
• 1 5 lb brisket
• 1 recipe Rib Rub
• 1 recipe Moonshine Mop
• Rib Rub:
• 1 T ground cumin
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 T kosher salt
• 1 T freshly ground pepper
• 1 T oregano
• 2 t garlic powder
• Moonshine Mop
• 1 c hot, thick and smoky tomato based barbecue sauce
• 1 c ketchup
• 1/2 c bourbon
• 1/4 c cider vinegar
• 1 T hot pepper sauce
• Combine all ingredients. Keeps indifinitely
