Sicilian Meatloaf - Steph | Just A Pinch Recipes
I had this meatloaf at one of our church member's house and it was delicious! Quite unique and different from the ordinary meatloaf.
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) ground beef (or turkey, if you prefer)
- 1 package(s) mccormick's meatloaf seasoning
- 1 - egg
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- - enough provolone cheese to cover meat
- - enough sliced deli ham to cover meat
- - enough fresh spinach to cover the ham and cheese
