Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons baking soda; ½ teaspoon Pinch 'n Rub Himalayan Pink salt; 1 teaspoon ground Pinch 'n Rub Vietnamese cinnamon; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; ½ teaspoon ground cloves; ¾ cup butter (1 1/2 sticks); ½ cup sugar; ½ cup brown sugar; 1 large egg; ¼ cup molasses; ¼ cup Pinch 'n Rub Ginger flavored sugar in a shallow bowl, for rolling (can use white sugar, or a combination!)
