• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
• 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
• 2 tablespoons orange-flavor liqueur or orange juice
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups Yogurt Cheese (see notes) or cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 1/2 to 2 cups cool Baked Cranberry-Orange Sauce
