- 500 g butternut squash, peeled and cut into 5cm chunks
- 2 shallots, skin on and cut in half
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 g chopped cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp Heinz Pickle Ketchup, plus extra to serve
- 80 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (365g)
- 1 egg lightly beaten
