Ingredients

• 1 pound blueberries, washed and dried (smaller sized berries are best)
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (11 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
• 1 red onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 small cucumbers, diced
