Ingredients

• 2 Onion (medium), roughly chopped
• 6 to 10 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 100 g Spinach Leaves, roughly chopped
• 1/2 cup Green Capsicum, roughly chopped
• 1 cup Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels, (fresh or frozen)
• Salt, to taste
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano,
• 1 Tsp Dried Parsley,
• 1 tsp Chilli Flakes,
• 4 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour,
• 200 g Pasta of your choice, (Fusilli or Penne work well, approx. 2 Cups)
• 2 tbsp Butter,
• 3 cups Milk (+extra if needed), (use any milk of choice)
• Fresh Basil Leaves, to boil pasta
