- 1½ oz New Deal Old Tom Gin
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters (we used Scrappy’s)
- 1 egg white
- 3 basil leaves, two for muddling and one for garnish
