- 1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar

- 1 cinnamon stick

- 4 oz (125 mL) soft goat cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) HEWITT'S - 35% whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey, divided
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) pistachios, chopped and shelled
