Ingredients

• 1 pound (500 g) lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped onion (1/2-inch/1-cm pieces)
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped green bell pepper (1/2-inch/1-cm pieces)
• 2 packages taco seasoning mix (club house)
• 2 cups (500 ml) Beef Stock
• 2 cups (500 ml) water
• 1 can (15 ounces/540 ml) black beans drained and rinsed
• 1 can (14 1/2 ounces/398 ml) petite diced tomatoes undrained
• 1 cup (250 ml) frozen corn
• 1 cup (250 ml) crushed tortilla chips
