Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 2.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup honey mustard
• 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1.5lb skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
