Ingredients

• Juice & ½ the Zest of 1 Lime
• 1 LB Fresh Strawberries, hulled and chopped
• ½ Red Onion, minced
• ¼ Cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves, finely sliced (chiffonade) setting aside an extra handful for garnish**
• ½ Yellow Pepper, chopped
• ½ Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 Tbl Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
