• 5 oz trader joes gf flour
• 3 tbsp coconut flour
• zest of whole lemon
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 6 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 3 tbsp coconut cream powder
• 2 tbsp ground flax
• 1 tsp vanilla
