- 1 cup vermicelli - crushed
- 1 litre milk
- 250 ml water
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup khoya
- 3 green cardamoms-crushed
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup ground (peeled almonds,20 pistachios and 10 dates) together
- 1 tsp kewra essence
- saffron - a pinch
- 10 dates-deseeded and chopped fine
- 1 tbsp chopped dried fruits
- chopped pistachios and cashewnuts-for garnishing
