Cooking with Ritchies - Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

• 10 chicken drumsticks
• for the sauce
• 1 large red onion, very finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 heaped tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• 2 long red chillies, deseeded and chopped (or 2 teaspoons chilli flakes)
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 cup tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
