Ingredients

• 24 Mushrooms; slice
• 20 Roma tomatoes; peel; seed,
• 2 bn Basil; chop
• 1/4 c Vodka
• 1/8 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 tb olive oil
• Basil; garnish
• 4 cl Garlic; mince
• 16 oz Penne; cook
• 1/3 c Heavy cream
• 2 tb Butter
• 1 md Onion; chop
• Salt and pepper
• Parmesan
