These no bake little nuggets are a Newfoundland Christmas treat. Since my great grandmother was a Newfoundlander I felt I should give these a look see!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 cup + 1 1/2 cups shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla, coconut or almond extract
- 1 package large marshmallows
