• 500-600g sirloin steak, cut into 1,5cm pieces (ytrefillet)
• 1 can (330ml) Pale Lager beer
• Juice of ½ lime
• 1 tsp salt, plus more
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus more
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 large plum tomatoes
• 2 red peppers roasted
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chipotle powder
• 3 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• 8 corn tortillas
• Avocado slices, feta cheese and lime wedges (for serving)
