Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

• 1 Dried ancho or chipotle pepper
• 1 cup Green pepper chopped
• 1 cup Onion chopped
• 2 clove Garlic minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 15 ounce Black beans canned, rinsed, drained
• 14 ounce Beef broth
• 1 cup Tomato chopped
• 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
• 1 tablespoon Thyme crushed
• 2 teaspoon Oregano crushed
• Sour cream optional
