Ingredients: 2 Cups Flour; 2 Heaped teaspoon Baking Powder; ¼ teaspoon Bicarb; Add 2 teaspoon full Vanilla essence; ¾ cup Brown sugar; 1 teaspoon Robertsons Mixed Spice; ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder; ½ teaspoon Ginger powder(Optional); +- handful of finely chopped EACH Cashew nuts, Pecans, almonds, sultanas, raisins; Add the beaten egg mixture to this cool; Sprinkle Red cherries and flaked almonds in top; 180* for +-1 Hour; Allow to cool
