Whole BBQ Grilled Chicken Tikka Kebab Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small chicken , spatchcocked
• 300g tikka marinade
• 1 cucumber
• 1 tbsp flaked sea salt
• 1 handful mint, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 200g Greek yoghurt
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1 medium red onion, diced
• handful coriander
• olive oil, lime juice and salt to taste
