• 2 corn cobs, cooked
• 1 capsicum, seeded and diced
• 1 chili , seeded and sliced
• 1 tomato, seeded and diced
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• ¼ onion, finely diced
• 3 T chopped fresh coriander
• 4 T orange juice
• juice of 1 lime
• ¼ tsp ground cumin
• Salt, to taste
• freshly ground black pepper
