Ingredients

• Cookie:
• 1 1/3 c. short 4 c. flour
• 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 TBsp. grated orange rind
• 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 c. orange juice 1 tsp. soda
• orange extract dash of salt
• Frosting:
• 2 c. sifted confections sugar, 2 TBsp. softened margarine. Stir
• in 2 TBsp. orange juice.
