Viennese Chocolate Walnut Bars

Ingredients

• 1/4 pound margarine
• 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
• 1/4 cup apricot jam, such as Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 and 1/2 cups ground walnuts
• 2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
• 6 ounces chocolate, melted
• 2 tablespoons Gefen Corn Syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Rum
• 2 teaspoons boiling water
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, for garnish
• 1 and 1/2 teaspoons room temperature water
