Honey Banana Bread — Hawai'i Beekeepers' Association

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or Mac nuts)
