This simple tomato sauce recipe is full of flavours, economical and so easy to make, you won't be disappointed!
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) of Stefano extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves cut in half (remove the germ)
- 500 g of fresh Italian tomatoes (or 1 ½ cans of Italian diced tomatoes)
- 6 to 8 basil leaves
