Make sure to chop the coffee beans into small pieces by hand. It works better than a food processor which will chop the beans unevenly. These can be finished with a coating of chocolate glaze....

- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans, Finely Chopped
