Ingredients

• 2 cups Sweet Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
• 2 cups Apples (3/8" cubes)
• 1 ⅓ cups Sugar
• 1 cup Butter
• 6 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Molasses
• 2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
• 4 tsp Candied Ginger (minced)
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 10 Cloves (freshly ground)
• 1 tsp Salt
• 4 cups Pastry or All-Purpose Flour
• 4 tsp Baking Powder
