Father's Day lunch hamburgers - 9Kitchen

Ingredients

• 500g minced beef (not overly lean)
• 2 onions
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon German or French style mustard
• salt and pepper
• 4 hamburger buns
• butter
• barbecue sauce (or tomato sauce)
• 4 cheese slices (not the processed stuff), perhaps try Swiss style
• 1 large fresh tomato, sliced thinly
• 400g tinned sliced beetroot, drained well
• 4 eggs
• iceberg lettuce, shredded is best
• 4 rashers bacon, rind removed and cut in half
