• 15 ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
• 7.5 ml Chilli liqueur
• 1 pinch Black pepper
• 15 ml Egg white (pasteurised)
• or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
• or Aquafaba (chickpea water)
• or Egg white replacement (vegan)
• 22.5 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
• 45 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
