• 3 Eggs
• 1 ½ cups Pecorino Romano Cheese (I favor manchego cheese)
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 8 Bacon
• 1 lb Dry Spaghetti
• 6 Garlic
• ½ cup Dry White Wine
• 1 ½ tbsp Dry Parsley
• 1 cup Frozen Peas
• Salt and Pepper to taste
