No Bake Marie Cake recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• (A.k.a Marie Biscuit Delight)
• 1 packet Marie biscuits
• 6 tablespoon butter
• 6 tablespoon condensed milk
• 6 tablespoon golden syrup
• 6 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 slab dairymilk chocolate
• 1 small tin Nestle dessert cream
• 1. Roughly crush biscuits. Leave aside.
• 2. Melt butter on low heat on stove.
• 3. Add other ingredients and mix in on stove.
• 4. Allow to heat through, then remove from heat. Make sure to stir so does not catch at bottom.
• 5. Pour mixture into biscuits and mix together well.
• 6. Spray 'and cook a round mini springform cake pan.
• 7. Spoon mixture into pan and flatten down.
• 8. Allow to cool and set in fridge. Remove from pan.
• 9. Melt chocolate and mix with dessert cream. Pour over the marie biscuit cake.
