Baby Shower Recipe - Veggie Cheese Balls

Ingredients

• 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar)
• 2 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces each)
• 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp of pimento, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp of onion, finely chopped
• ½ cup of carrots, shredded
• 1 tbsp of green pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp of red pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tsp of lemon juice
• 1 cup of poppy seeds
