Ingredients

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons whole-berry cranberry sauce
• 1 ½ pounds of ground turkey
• 4 ounces brie, cut into small chunks
• ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
• ¼ cup slivered almonds
• 2 tablespoons Cabernet Sauvignon
• 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 6 French bread buns, sliced horizontally
• 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
• 6 thin slices of raw sweet onion
• 8 ounces watercress
• Vegetable oil, for brushing on the grill rack
